One Less Wellness Planning — Terms & Conditions

The One Less System is a wellness planning, education, goal-setting, and support service provided through Align Wellness Centre.

The purpose of the One Less System is to help individuals identify priorities, develop practical wellbeing strategies, connect with appropriate resources, and create achievable steps towards their personal health and wellness goals.

By booking or participating in a One Less Wellness Planning session, program, or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The One Less System is designed to provide wellness planning and goal setting, health and wellbeing education, lifestyle and habit support, wellness resource recommendations, guidance regarding available wellness services and programs, and support in navigating wellbeing options.

The One Less System is not a medical, psychological, counselling, diagnostic, allied health, or treatment service.

Participation does not establish a doctor-patient, psychologist-client, therapist-client, or other regulated healthcare practitioner relationship.

Information, recommendations, resources, wellness plans, educational materials, and discussions provided through the One Less System are intended for general wellness and educational purposes only.

They are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, mental health care, or emergency services.

Participants should seek advice from appropriately qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical, psychological, nutritional, or health-related concerns.

Participants acknowledge that they remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing; participation is voluntary; results cannot be guaranteed; individual outcomes will vary; and success depends upon individual circumstances, engagement, implementation, and other factors outside the control of Align Wellness Centre.

The One Less System may recommend practitioners, services, programs, products, events, workshops, or external resources that may support a participant's goals.

Any recommendation is provided as general information only.

Participants remain free to choose any provider they wish to engage.

Align Wellness Centre does not guarantee outcomes from third-party practitioners, businesses, products, services, or programs.

Many practitioners associated with Align Wellness Centre operate independently and maintain their own professional responsibilities, qualifications, insurance, booking procedures, cancellation policies, and client agreements.

Where participants engage directly with an independent practitioner, that practitioner's terms and policies will apply.

Current fees for One Less Wellness Planning consultations, wellness plans, reviews, memberships, programs, and related One Less services are displayed on the Align Wellness Centre website.

By booking a One Less consultation, enrolling in a One Less program, or purchasing a One Less service, you acknowledge and accept the pricing applicable at the time of booking or purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation, program, membership, or service.

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Align Wellness Centre reserves the right to update pricing, packages, memberships, and service offerings from time to time. Any pricing changes will not affect consultations, programs, memberships, or services that have already been confirmed and paid.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. By submitting payment information, you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Failure to complete payment may result in a booking, consultation, enrolment, membership, wellness plan, or service request being declined or cancelled.

Where payment plans or ongoing membership arrangements are offered, the applicable terms and payment schedule will be disclosed at the time of enrolment.

All One Less materials, frameworks, assessments, worksheets, plans, educational content, branding, and resources remain the intellectual property of Align Wellness Centre unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercialised without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Align Wellness Centre excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from participation in the One Less System.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Participant information will be handled in accordance with the Align Wellness Centre Privacy Policy.

Align Wellness Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and take effect upon publication.
