Returns and refunds policy for gift vouchers, supplements, and wellness products at Align Wellness Centre.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased from Align Wellness Centre are valid for the period specified on the voucher or, where no expiry date is stated, in accordance with applicable Australian laws.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Gift vouchers may be used towards eligible products and services offered by Align Wellness Centre. Any remaining balance may be used towards future purchases until the voucher balance is exhausted or the voucher expires.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers is the responsibility of the holder and may not be replaced.
If a service purchased using a gift voucher is cancelled by Align Wellness Centre, the value will be credited back to the original gift voucher or another suitable form of credit at our discretion.
Supplements and Wellness Products
Due to health, hygiene, and safety requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on supplements, ingestible products, or personal wellness products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are not in their original sealed condition.
If a supplement or wellness product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs and additional information to assist with our assessment.
Where a product is found to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Align Wellness Centre will provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Align Wellness Centre does not provide refunds for change of mind purchases on supplements, wellness products, or personal care items.
