Picnic Basket Bookings

Align Wellness Centre offers pre-ordered picnic baskets for collection at our café and wellness centre.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order.

As picnic baskets are freshly prepared and ingredients are purchased specifically for each booking, cancellations or booking amendments must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled collection time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled collection time are generally non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for collecting their picnic basket at the agreed date and time. We recommend arriving promptly to ensure the quality and freshness of your order.

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences and requirements, customers must advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

From time to time, specific menu items may become unavailable. In these circumstances, Align Wellness Centre reserves the right to substitute items with products of equal or greater value.

If Align Wellness Centre is unable to fulfil a booking, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
