The Patch Café — Align Wellness Centre, Trinity Park

A place where you collect a nourishing smoothie or a thoughtfully prepared picnic basket before wandering out onto the lawn to find your own little patch of sunshine. Friends gather over coffee, children laugh as they play giant Jenga or croquet, and someone rolls out a yoga mat beneath the trees.

The Patch was created from the belief that wellness isn't something we chase — it's something we make space for.

We believe some of life's best moments happen outdoors, sharing good conversation, moving our bodies, and enjoying food and drinks that leave us feeling energised and well. That's why we don't serve traditional café meals. Instead, we prepare functional smoothies, specialty coffee, bone broths, wellness drinks and picnic baskets designed to be enjoyed wherever you feel most at home.

As part of Align Wellness Centre, The Patch is a natural extension of our vision: creating a place where people can nourish their bodies, connect with others and simply slow down.

Whether you've just finished Pilates, come for a quiet coffee, or gathered friends for a picnic on the lawn, we hope you leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

Because sometimes wellness isn't found in doing more. Sometimes it's found in finding your patch.
