Massage at Align is unhurried, intuitive and deeply tailored. Our resident bodyworker treats every session as a conversation with the tissue — listening first, then responding with the pressure, pace and techniques the body is actually asking for that day. There is no template, no script and no rush. Sessions weave together remedial and sports techniques (trigger-point release, fascia work, mobilisation), the soft glide of relaxation and lymphatic work, and gentler approaches for pregnancy, post-natal and recovery clients. The aim is always the same — to release held tension, restore range of motion, calm an over-stimulated nervous system and remind you what it feels like to be in a body that is properly cared for. Massage pairs beautifully with the rest of the Align ecosystem. Many clients book a session in the same week as Pilates or chiropractic care, or finish their treatment with a red-light recovery session to extend the effect. We can also coordinate plans with your chiropractor or kinesiologist when ongoing pain or injury needs a team approach.
