Philosophy
Red light therapy is one of the most gentle and most researched forms of cellular support available today. Our full-body bed delivers a precise blend of red (630–660nm) and near-infrared (810–850nm) wavelengths that penetrate the skin and reach the mitochondria — the tiny engines inside every cell. By improving the way those cells produce energy, the body can recover, repair and regulate more efficiently from the inside out.

It's a treatment that asks almost nothing of you. You lie down, close your eyes and let the light do the work.
